2 full racks of our amazing applewood smoked baby back pork ribs with our house made BBQ sauce for finishing! Cherry-wood cold smoked ribs, which are then braised. You get to slather them with our smokey & sweet BBQ sauce and bake until the sauce is caramelized and the meat falls off the bone.


2 vacuum packed full racks of ribs

8 fluid ounces of our Chipotle-Cranberry BBQ Sauce


1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with either parchment or foil.

2. Remove ribs from packaging, place on lined pan and brush back side of ribs (inside curve) with 1/3 of the sauce and outside curve of ribs (front side) with remaining 2/3 of the BBQ sauce.

3. Place in middle rack of oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until sauce is lightly caramelized. If it still looks wet, bake for another 2-5 minutes.

4. Remove pan from oven and allow to cool slightly, sprinkle with kosher or coarse sea salt and serve!
