A smooth blend of 5 different cheeses mixed with red curry paste, sherry vinegar, chives and our secret ingredient, served on sliced and toasted wood-fired ciabatta baguette toasts from Solo Italia in Ogema, SK, and topped with Major Grey mango chutney. The ideal savoury & sweet snack.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Slice baguette into round toasts, about 1/2" to1/4" thickness, and lay out on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with our choice of cooking oil.
3. Bake in oven on the middle rack for about 5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
4. Remove pâté from container and place on a plate or in a serving dish of your choosing. Spoon mango chutney over the top.
